He has distinguished himself in short order as one of the leading emerging brokers in Denver’s retail brokerage market, earning numerous major assignments from both national brands and leading local ownership groups.

Jack represents both tenants and landlords, with a strong track record in solving complex retail real estate challenges. On the tenant side, he has led expansion efforts for new-to-market users and successfully secured highly competitive drive-through sites, often against larger, well-capitalized tenants. On the landlord side, Jack is known for stabilizing underperforming centers, executing focused leasing strategies that have brought significantly vacant properties to full occupancy within compressed timeframes.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jack was a Senior Associate at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he quickly distinguished himself, earning the firm’s “Rising Star” award in just his second year.
As a fifth-generation Coloradan, Jack has seen the state evolve firsthand and is passionate about helping clients navigate the rapidly changing market while shaping the community his family has called home for generations. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Finance, emphasizing Real Estate. Outside of the office, he enjoys the outdoors as an avid golfer, skier, and fly fisherman.
