Jake Byers serves as a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield's exclusive Alliance firm in Alabama. As an active member of the firm's leasing and brokerage team, he brings with him a proven track record of success across various sectors of commercial real estate, including industrial, land and office. He is currently focused on industrial leasing and brokerage, leveraging his broad knowledge base of the industry and Birmingham market to ensure optimal outcomes with every transaction.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science and Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. He is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a Candidate Member. Jake volunteers his time as a member of the Advisory Council for Restoration Academy and is also a Member of the Birmingham Tip Off Club.
