About

Jalea Culliver joined the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield in July of 2025 in the Raleigh office.

Jalea’s role includes assisting in the preparation of appraisal reports on a variety of real estate property types. Jalea’s duties include database and market research, examining revenue and expense statements, confirming data, and writing reports. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jalea was employed by First Tee Triangle as a Lead Coach and Site Coordinator.
