James has over twelve years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined Cushman & Wakefield after working at a private equity investment firm acquiring and leasing retail shopping centers throughout the United States. With a degree in finance James brings a deep understanding of how to find, analyze and increase value for his clients. As a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield James has continued to expand his retail expertise and has been the 3rd highest producer for retail leasing in Northern Colorado in 2020, 2021, and 2022 per NCCAR (Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors). He believes that a diligent and responsive approach to all clients is the core theme to his successful growth and client retention across all market sectors.
