James Hunsinger is an investment sales broker on one of the most accomplished and respected teams in Utah, the Paul-King-Redd team, with over $12 billion in total team transaction volume. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, James built a diverse professional foundation across financial services and operations. He began his career as a financial advisor, developing his client service and relationship management skills, before earning his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Real Estate. During his time there, he served as President of the Real Estate Club, leading initiatives that connected students with industry professionals and expanded the program’s reach.

Following graduate school, James joined Bank of America, where he advanced to Assistant Vice President in Mortgage Operations. His experience in financial analysis and client engagement strengthened his passion for relationship-driven work and ultimately led him to pursue a career in commercial real estate brokerage. James is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to client success, bringing an analytical and service-oriented approach to every transaction.
