Jana Efstratis is an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento Office Advisors Team. In her role as a Senior Brokerage Specialist, she has developed a deep and nuanced expertise in tenant and landlord representation, transaction coordination, and market strategy execution. Jana has been with the team for 18 years; she joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 along with the entire Capitol Region Office Specialists group. 

Jana brings a unique blend of organizational excellence, deep industry knowledge, and marketing acumen to her role. She plays a critical part in managing client relationships, approaching each engagement with a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to clear, consistent communication. Jana oversees key aspects of the brokerage process, including coordinating with owners, buyers, and brokers; maintaining and distributing property listings and market reports; and validating and organizing market data to ensure accuracy and accessibility. She also collaborates closely with the marketing and research teams to develop high-impact marketing materials, prepares client proposals, and manages deal vouchering for the transaction department. Her ability to streamline operations and support team initiatives allows brokers to focus more fully on business development and new client opportunities.
