With over 20 years of experience in real estate management and leasing experience for pension funds and institutional ownerships, Janice Davis has a proven track record of handling all aspects of managing commercial real estate with the objective to increase value and enhance performance of the clients. As Senior Property Manager on the Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services Team, Janice manages a portfolio of office and retail properties located in the Puget Sound region. Her management responsibilities include tenant relations, day-to-day operations, budget preparation and management, lease administration, vendor selection, contract management, monthly reporting and tenant improvement projects.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Janice spent 18 years as part of the management team for RREEF, managing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. She also gained experience at CBRE managing Class A office properties.

Janice is a licensed real estate broker and continues to add knowledge and skill through a variety of educational programs.
