Mr. Lee is an Executive Director and a member of the Property Tax Services group within Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory services. Jason has 31 plus years of experience in commercial real estate. For the last 16 years, Jason has been a commercial property tax consultant. For the preceding years Jason worked for Paul Hornsby & Company as a commercial fee appraiser. The scope of his appraising and property tax consulting experience includes multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotel, land, and various special-use properties.
