Jason Ofsanko is a commercial real estate professional with Cushman & Wakefield in the Greensboro, North Carolina. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jason specializes in tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiations, site selection and purchase processes for both buyers and sellers.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 (then Triad Commercial Properties), Jason was a Leasing Representative with Highwoods Properties. He worked in the Nashville and Greensboro offices, managing leasing responsibilities for 3+ million square feet of office and industrial assets. Prior to his real estate career, Jason served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, achieving the rank of Captain.

Jason enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife, Stacey, and their two children.
