Jay Leslie is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Burlingame office, specializing in industrial, life science, and office property sales and leasing throughout San Mateo County. With more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jay has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results through deep market knowledge, strategic insight, and a client-first approach. 

Throughout his career, Jay has completed over 700 lease and sale transactions on the San Francisco Peninsula, with individual deals reaching up to 230,000 square feet. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including both tenants and landlords such as Longfellow Real Estate Partners, Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Shorenstein Realty Services, Hines, Tarlton Properties, Rubicon Properties, Westcore Properties, TA Associates, Terminix International, NotCo Inc., Exelixis Inc., Eat Just, RevMab Biosciences, Pain Therapeutics Inc., and BioCheck.
