About

Located in the Dallas office, Mr. Redford has over 20 years of appraisal and consulting experience in a variety of property commercial types, including, but not limited to retail, office, industrial, and land. In addition, he has had extensive experience appraising self storage, medical offices, manufactured housing, convenience stores, military facilities and multifamily.

Mr. Redford taught undergraduate and graduate level real estate courses at The University of Texas at Arlington between 2012 and 2017 and TCU in 2018. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Redford worked for CBRE, JLL Valuation and Advisory Services and Integra Realty Resources, or IRR. Mr. Redford most recently served as a Vice President for CBRE VAS in the Fort Worth Office
