About

Jed Springer is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Palo Alto office, advising tenants in developing and implementing their local and global corporate real estate strategy. Jed works with some of the leading commercial real estate brokers in North America, focusing primarily on firms in the technology, professional services and life sciences industries. He provides customized solutions and fully integrated services that optimize clients’ real estate with their business objectives and culture. Jed offers clients in-depth market analysis, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation services. Jed believes in the value of developing long-term relationships and therefore he strives to conduct business with the highest standards of honest and professional ethics.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jed worked as an Enterprise Account Executive for Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity company, where he interfaced with executives at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 level brands. Jed grew up in Menlo Park, CA and attended Menlo-Atherton High School, where he was a two time All-American in water polo. He continued his water polo career at UCLA, graduating in 2014 after playing at the Division 1 level for the Bruins. He now resides in Menlo Park with his wife and two daughters.
