Jeff Gallo serves as CW’s PDS Platform Specialist for the Central Region of the US. Within this role, focus areas included growth and integration of GOS accounts that have project management, account operational health, talent development and account connectivity to platform support. In this role Jeff serves as the primary liaison between existing GOS Accounts and the PDS Platform to support and enable the operational discipline, growth, development, and cross-functional coordination to promote compliance with both client contracts and CW Governance. As the main point of contact between GOS Accounts providing PDS Services and the PDS Platform, Jeff has responsibility to develop and maintain relationships with PDS Account Leaders and GOS Account Directors to support and enable the best-in-class delivery of PDS Services within specific client engagements. As an SME external to the account, Jeff provides perspective on potential solutions to the unique project management challenges facing different accounts, and guidance to align with C&W Governance and Operational Requirements to ensure high functioning teams in each account. Jeff has a supporting role to develop solutions to client challenges and changing requirements. Jeff supports sales and solutions efforts in responding to pursuits and participates and supports transition activities and leads transformation PDS initiatives. As a seasoned professional with significant experience and strong communication and relationship management skills, Jeff is available to interact with all levels of client organizations based on coordination and alignment with the account and client needs.


Prior to Jeff’s role as Platform Specialist, he served as Program Management Office Lead, North America for CW’s Project, and Development Services group. As one of five Global PMO leads at CW Jeff had responsibility for managing relationships with CW’s PMO clients and developing new business in the North America Region while supporting his peer global PMO leads for all PDS assignment request. In addition, prior to joining CW Jeff led project management teams that deliver all phases of building design, project management, contract management, financial analysis, communications, and systems infrastructure. He has also helped integrate client services from site selection through construction and occupancy, using his understanding of the relationship between facility management, strategic portfolio optimization and technology integration to build client trust and achieve objectives. Jeff has a continuous service date with C&W since 2004 and has over 29 years of real estate, architecture and project management expertise with a speciality focus on international project delivery.
