Jeff Hoffman and his team have advised on over $3 billion worth of transactions over his 23-year career. His team is the authority for industrial real estate brokerage services in Wisconsin. The team completes over 60 deals a year worth over $300 million in annual value for the biggest industrial occupiers and developers. The team has also developed an expertise in the sale of business/industrial park land and since 2019, they sold over 1,164 acres of land in Wisconsin. Outside of brokerage, Jeff pursues his passion in learning the nuances of public policy as it relates to advancing economic development. Jeff has served on multiple business trade association boards and has been a member of a legislative task force that reviewed property tax assessment law. On the task force he helped design (with WRA & NAIOP) a shovel ready site bill for workforce housing. In 2022, Jeff was named to the Waukesha County Center for Growth Board of Directors which is tasked with growing the economy of Waukesha County, an economic growth engine for Wisconsin. In 2022 Jeff also published his first book “Industrial is What We Do.” which serves as a roadmap for the continued growth of the Wisconsin economy through the next decade.
