Jennifer McEntee is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where she specializes in office investments, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.

With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jennifer provides clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, from quality contractual documentation to financial analysis and marketing. Always going above and beyond what people expect, Jennifer maintains solid client relationships based on trust. Her in-depth knowledge of Boise’s commercial real estate market allows her to recognize and take advantage of opportunities, and identify potential challenges requiring strategic solutions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Jennifer was a sales agent with RFR Properties. Before that, she was sales and leasing agent with private commercial development firm, WH Moore Company. Formerly, Jennifer was Principal at Grubb & Ellis performing all aspects of commercial brokerage and management. Previously, she worked with Colliers International as a leasing specialist after transitioning from Clegg Investments, where she was Vice President of Marketing and Development.
