As Associate Director of Asser Services, Jennifer McGrory is a team leader and has responsibility for all aspects of property management and construction, operations and maintenance for multiple assets within Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio. She brings extensive experience to her post, having managed a wide variety of commercial office and high-rise properties during more than 21 years of property management in Dallas and Chicago.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, McGrory spent 10 years in Chicago’s central business district as a General Manager for The John Buck Co. Tishman Speyer, and MB Real Estate. She also spent two years in the ORE/Special Properties Group of Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, handling the disposition of commercial properties.
