Jessica has been serving as the PDS (Project & Development Services) Lead at Cushman & Wakefield since 2024. In this role, she oversees enterprise account management, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects and fostering strong client relationships.  She maintains relationships with client account management to ensure best in class client service.  

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jessica led local market project management teams, where she focused on implementing best practices, driving growth, improving processes, and managing talent. Her leadership in these areas has been instrumental in enhancing team performance and achieving organizational goals.
