Specializing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation and Investment Sales, Mr. Sobel has been Senior Vice President at Colliers International for 25 years. Mr. Sobel’s particular focus is the leasing and repositioning of Downtown Financial District spaces in both Class B and boutique Class A office buildings. His Tenant Representation experience ranges from working with startup tech firms to established industry leaders.

He has completed in excess of $800 million in commercial lease transactions and has been involved in both the sale and acquisition of numerous office properties totaling more than 3.0 million square feet.

Formerly a leasing and investment specialist with Knowlton Realty, Ltd. for ten years, Mr. Sobel focused on the leasing and sales of downtown San Francisco properties.
