Specializing in industrial real estate, Mr. Liu represents some very prominent cross-border logistics companies and has leased over 20,000,000 SF industrial facilities since 2023. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Liu was a Senior Vice President at Avison Young in New Jersey, specializing in Industrial and supply chain, achieved #1 industrial broker of AY NJ office in 2022, and #1 broker of AY in 2023. 

Mr. Liu joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024 and was recognized as the No.1 Industrial leasing broker firm-wide and a top 5 broker firm-wide in 2024.

Mr. Liu is a Chartered Financial Analyst holder, and spent over a decade in investment management.
