Jo Ann Baker is a Brokerage Specialist in the Industrial Services group of Cushman & Wakefield.  She is located in C&W’s Inland Empire Branch in Southern California.  With 33 years in the commercial real estate industry, Jo Ann currently supports one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing industrial teams, providing services to landlords in the Inland Empire and Eastern Los Angeles County Markets and users, nationally.  Her prior experience as a property manager and as a construction contract administrator, familiarity with property level issues, vast client contact relationships, coupled with a devotion to client service, make her a vital asset to the team.

Jo Ann is involved in all of the team’s real estate assignments. She coordinates efforts with marketing, research, and financial analysis departments to create property brochures, broker email notifications, offering memorandums, as well as assisting in preparation of property surveys and market tours.  Jo Ann ensures team listings are submitted and posted accurately in the listing services.  She compiles information for weekly, monthly and quarterly landlord activity reports.  Jo Ann also assists in creating Broker Opinion of Values, Letters of Intent, Offers and Counter Proposals as well as preparing AIR Listing Agreements, Leases, Rent Adjustments and Addendums.

Prior to joining C&W in 2007, Jo Ann was at Trammell Crow Company for 19 years working in marketing, project management and as a property manager for institutional clients managing over 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate assets.
