Joey is a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Rocky Mountain Residential Land Services (RMRLS) team, focusing solely on seller representation of residential land and redevelopment properties throughout the region. With seven (7) years of industry experience, he is able to provide advisory services for landowners and residential developers of all property types and has wide-ranging experience with master planned communities, new home builders, multi-family sites, as well as mixed-use and infill projects.  As an experienced member of the top-producing land team in Colorado, Joey is able to offer clients the most up-to-date market information which is used to secure the most favorable results available.
