About
John is the Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team, specializing in land sales. With over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, John brings extensive knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham market. As a specialist in land development, his expertise spans brokerage, development, and construction. John leverages his pre-construction management experience in site planning, architectural design, estimating, and entitlements, and he excels at leading construction teams. He can seamlessly guide a project from selecting the right site to handing the keys over to the owner.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, John was the market lead and Managing Partner for Mohr Partners. Prior to that, he served in various roles, including President of Pickett Sprouse-West & Woodall, Project Developer for Bobbitt Design Build, and commercial real estate broker for Berkshire Hathaway York Simpson Underwood, CBRE, and Lincoln Harris. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
