John Kruse is a Managing Director in the Industrial Services Group at Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield. With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, his expertise with providing excellent service to both industrial ownerships and tenants is a testament to his character. John has executed 700+ transactions and negotiated over $400 million in transactional value. He has experience working with local, national, and internationally clients on their various real estate needs including site selection, tenant representation, building acquisitions/dispositions and development projects.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, John served as Senior Vice President at Holt Lunsford Commercial where he grew and expanded the Houston production. Before Holt Lunsford Commercial, John worked for Prologis in Houston and implemented marketing strategies, which increased occupancy in the local portfolio. John’s extensive market knowledge, dedication, and experience has proven invaluable to his clients.
