As founder of The Lund Company, an alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield, John Lund has over 35 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience, ranging from general brokerage and asset management to development and consulting services. From modest beginnings, he assembled an organization to include his business partners, a team of professional, performance-oriented brokers and managers, and superior administrative support personnel. John has focused his energies and has developed the company into one of the region’s leading full service commercial and investment real estate firms.
John is involved in the acquisition, disposition and exchange of over $250 million in investment properties. John organized, marketed, and acquired the underlying investment real estate assets for the over 30 partnerships affiliated with the firm. He is ultimately responsible for the overall asset management of the partnership’s real estate portfolio.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is past Chairman and current member of the Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority Board (MECA) and is Secretary/Treasurer for the Regency Office Park Association Board. John is a past board member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Commercial Investment Council/Board of Realtors. He also served a Governor-appointed six-year term as a member of the Board of Educational Lands and Funds (BELF) and is an alumnus of Leadership Omaha.
