About

John Ma serves as an Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Management team. In this role, John works with the West region team to provide asset management services for a multitude of assets (office, retail, mixed-use, multifamily) that span across five states (California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New York).

Prior to this role, John served as an Asset Management Associate for CGI+, a Los Angeles based multifamily developer. In this role, he helped senior asset managers with the business plan execution, portfolio analysis, and underwriting on approximately 2,000 multifamily units across the U.S. (California, Florida, Georgia). John began his real estate career in 2018 with Cushman & Wakefield in the Property Management division. He was assigned to several teams and worked with senior property managers on the oversight of multiple institutional portfolios, largely consisting of office, retail, and mixed-use buildings in the Greater LA region.
