As a Senior Director on the Office Agency Leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield, John Neal partners with both global institutional investors and private capital clients. In this role, he develops and executes strategic leasing initiatives designed to enhance asset value, drive occupancy, & competitively position properties within their markets.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, John Neal held roles at JPMorgan and MetLife Real Estate, where he gained invaluable experience working directly with institutional stakeholders. These roles enabled him to develop a deep understanding of investor priorities, risk management, and the complexities of large-scale real estate portfolios. This foundation continues to inform his advisory approach and ability to anticipate client needs.
