John serves as Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Brokerage division in Dallas, Texas. A 32-year veteran in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, John has specialized in the Great Southwest Industrial District from the very beginning. Tracking every tenant, landlord, building and transaction in Great Southwest from the mid-1990’s until the present day, John has long been recognized as a foremost expert in Great Southwest. From tenant representation and project leasing to acquisition and disposition services, John has a keen understanding of what’s important to all parties in a transaction and is known for combining his gregarious style and negotiating skills to deliver the desired result for each of his clients.

John was recruited into the business in 1993 by Robert Lynn Company where he spent the first ten years of his career. In 2003 he was hired to run the Great Southwest office for Henry S. Miller Commercial where, in 2005, John was the company-wide Top Producer. John was hired by CBRE in 2008 where he was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and the top DFW industrial leasing broker in 2009 when he leased 2.3 million square feet in a very difficult economy. In 2015, John joined Transwestern where he combined his tenant and landlord representation skills into some of the most productive years of his career. John was recognized as the Top Producer in Transwestern’s Central Region in 2023 when he negotiated 27 transactions totaling $58M in consideration.
