About

Jonathan Freni is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield with more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career in property management at CBRE before transitioning into brokerage, where he quickly established himself as a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants. His success led to his promotion as one of the youngest partners in
CBRE/New England's history in 2017. 

In May 2026, Jon joined Cushman & Wakefield to further expand his platform and focus on delivering strategic real estate solutions that drive exceptional outcomes for his clients. Known for his market knowledge, creative problem-solving, and relentless client advocacy, Jon represents some of Boston's most prominent owners and occupiers across complex leasing assignments and portfolio initiatives.
