Mr. Underhill joined the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield in 2021.  He is new to the industry and has successfully completed all education requirements to obtain an Appraiser Trainee License. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas and prior to beginning his career in Real Estate Appraising, Mr. Underhill served as a Firefighter/Paramedic in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for seven years.

He has performed complex discounted cash flow analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Valuation DCF; executed in-depth analyses of tenant leases, sale contracts, financial statements, demographic indicators, construction budgets, rent rolls, land surveys, tax liabilities, and zoning codes; and performed various levels of area, neighborhood, and market research, including vacancy trends, rental rates, inventory, leasing costs, market concessions, expense analysis, and capitalization rates.
