About

Jordan is a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield’s Greensboro market. With over seven years of commercial real estate experience, Jordan has extensive experience with lease negotiations, purchase processes, site selection, land entitlement, and ground up development.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jordan was a Real Estate Manager with LDJ Global Strategies, a boutique commercial real estate investment firm, where he managed the acquisition and development of a stabilized 2+ million square foot industrial and office portfolio. Prior to that role, Jordan was a Facilities/Project Manager for XPO Logistics Supply Chain.

Jordan is a Greensboro native and resides in Summerfield with his wife and two children.
