JT started his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 while completing his degree at the University of Utah. Over his 8-year career, JT has garnered significant experience in both leasing and investment sales across multiple asset classes. JT brings valuable expertise in portfolio advisory, site selection, and construction and development. JT is known for his work ethic, responsiveness, and energy that he carries into each transaction. Over the course of his career, JT has transacted on projects totaling over $160 million.

JT relocated to Utah in 2014 from Fairfield County, Connecticut after having grown up working in the real estate industry in the Tri-State area. His background transacting on all asset classes and assisting clients in multiple markets offers him a unique perspective on real estate. His formal education and extensive knowledge of the industry helps JT navigate the complexities of each transaction. JT takes great pride in the work he does, identifying client needs and ensuring goals are met.
