JT Redd joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and is a partner on Utah’s top-performing investment sales team. Throughout his career, JT has developed deep expertise in portfolio advisory, site selection, site disposition, and construction & development across all asset classes. He is widely recognized for his strong work ethic, responsiveness, and the energy he brings to every transaction. JT has been involved in projects totaling nearly $1 billion in aggregate value.

Originally from Fairfield County, Connecticut, JT relocated to Utah in 2014. Having grown up in the real estate industry in the Tri-State area, he brings a unique, multi-market perspective to his work. His experience across all asset classes, combined with a strong educational foundation and comprehensive industry knowledge, enables him to navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision.
