Joshua Masi is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tysons office. He provides corporate clients with market expertise, strategy development, and transaction assistance throughout the Northern Virginia marketplace. Joshua provides the most creative and innovative services on a consistent basis and to drive 
meaningful value to his clients.

Joshua has more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC region. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as a Senior Vice President at Transwestern, where he specialized in advisory services.

By working diligently with both landlords and tenants, he has developed essential skills to understand both sides of the lease negotiation process and provide the best representation to his clients. Joshua has formed strong relationships within the brokerage community that enable him to achieve his clients’ objectives. He works closely with local and regional economic development organizations to solidify relationships to further assist his clients. Joshua is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia.
