Josh Randolph serves as Executive Managing Director – Investment Sales with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield's exclusive Alliance firm in Alabama. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, he leads the firm’s investment sales efforts across the Gulf States region, including Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. Throughout his career, Josh has been involved in more than 370 transactions representing over $3.3 billion in total transaction volume.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Josh spent 13 years at Colliers, where he was repeatedly named to the Everest Club, an honor reserved for the top 10 percent of brokers nationwide. He began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in Atlanta with the Financial Consulting Group before moving into brokerage with the firm's investment properties group. Earlier, he worked on Merrill Lynch's trading floor in New York, covering publicly traded commercial real estate REITs.

Josh holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment (Finance) from New York University and an MBA in Finance and BBA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is licensed in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.
