About
Mr. Hutcheson re-joined Cushman in Wakefield in April 2025. J.P. came to Cushman & Wakefield from Parkway Properties, as a Senior Director and held a leadership role for a portfolio of approximately 9 Million Square Feet of Properties in the Houston Market. These properties included Phoenix Tower, Greenway Plaza, Post Oak Central, San Felipe Plaza, and CityWest Place. Since 2017, Mr. Hutcheson and his team are credited with nearly 8.7 Million square feet of transactions generating over $1.7 Billion in lease revenue. J.P. came to Parkway from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a Senior Vice President handling a portfolio of third-party assignments for Institutional and Private owners such as Parkway Properties, Shorenstein Realty Services, and CAPSTAR Real Estate Advisors. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Hutcheson worked at DTZ/ Cushman and Wakefield as a Managing Director.
Before joining DTZ, Mr. Hutcheson began his career as a Leasing Representative, spending four years at Lincoln Property Company. One of Hutcheon’s leasing assignments included the 1.7 million square foot Wells Fargo Plaza Building in Houston’s CBD, the largest multi-tenant office building in the southwestern United States.
