Justin Bailey joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Salt Lake City Division of Office Properties in 2010. He provides exclusive representation to tenants renewing, expanding & relocating office leases, and to investors pursuing the acquisition of commercial real estate.

As a second generation commercial real estate adviser & tenant representative, clients trust Justin’s expertise & insight when aligning their business goals with their commercial real estate needs. He guides clients in identifying and selecting new business locations, while leveraging their current tenancy when renewing client leases. He is an expert marketing client goals & assets, analyzing client finances, preparing proposals, and touring client properties.
