About
As Managing Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Colorado Retail Services team, Justin Gregory leads a group focused on retail leasing, commercial land transactions, and building sales. Justin has been recognized locally and nationally as a top retail broker, earning multiple CoStar “Power Broker,” DMCAR “Heavy Hitter,” and SRS “Top Achiever” awards throughout his career.
Justin brings a direct, no-nonsense approach to each assignment, tackling the most challenging issues first and exploring every option to ensure a transaction’s success. A product of years of competitive hockey played across the U.S. and Canada, he brings a battle-tested mindset and team-first mentality that clients value for its clarity, urgency, and follow-through.
Justin began his career in the family business — commercial construction. He remains passionate about job-site work but now leverages that experience to provide clients with a robust referral network and actionable insights that support informed decision-making. He started his brokerage career at a Denver-based land firm, gaining deep expertise in zoning and entitlement processes, even personally processing Conditional Use Permits and Use by Special Review applications. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Justin co-led a top-producing retail team at SRS Real Estate Partners with teammate Patrick McGlinchey, consistently achieving over $1 million in annual team production.
Justin studied Marketing and Economics at Aurora University and later Economics and Communications at Lawrence University, where he distinguished himself as an NCAA hockey player. He served as team captain and assistant captain, earning the Top NCAA Student-Athlete award for three consecutive years.
Outside of work, Justin stays active on the ice, playing hockey, lifting weights, enjoying movies, spending time with his family, and boating on Colorado’s lakes. He also channels his competitive spirit into boxing and is a champion of NAIOP’s 2024 Fight Night.
