Prior to joining Thalhimer, Kate worked with a developer in Richmond, VA, leading its leasing efforts across commercial and industrial property types and securing an anchor tenant for a Class A new construction office building. She lived and worked in Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia for over a decade, where she developed expertise in marketing and business development for architecture and construction firms that contributed to her comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate. Kate’s diversity of experience and passion for research and design inform her nuanced approach to brokerage, advising clients to be opportunistic, thoughtful, and creative.
