Kazuko Y. Morgan is an Executive Vice Chairman based in Cushman & Wakefield’s San Francisco office and has been active in commercial real estate throughout her 20+ year career. She has been involved in over $6 billion in transactions and serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Advisory Board. Ms. Morgan is consistently one of the top brokerage professionals globally and has been recognized perennially as the top broker for Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services.  

Ms. Morgan specializes in Class A urban luxury and specialty retail building sales and leasing including some of the most iconic retail projects in the United States with the majority in San Francisco’s Union Square, Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive and Melrose Avenue and Melrose Place in West Hollywood and Abbot Kinney in Venice and Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. She oversees teams that are both in San Francisco and Los Angeles. 

In addition, Ms. Morgan’s extensive completed transactions and tenant representation include global luxury apparel, fitness, watch, jewelry, cosmetics brands, EV showrooms, fitness use, and financial institutions.
