Kelly Johnson is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tenant and landlord representation across the Greater Los Angeles industrial market. Prior to joining the C&W Industrial team, Kelly spent three years at Colliers, where she co-executed over $625 million in sales and 1.8 million square feet of lease transactions. Her foundation in finance, operations, and data analysis—developed through roles in investment banking and boutique advisory firms—enables her to bring a strategic, analytical perspective to every deal.
Education
Kelly graduated from Yale University in 2016 with a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Political Economy. At Yale, Kelly was a member of the Division I Women’s Volleyball Team, where she was selected as Rookie of the Year 2012, Academic All Ivy League 2015, and 1st Team All Ivy League for 4 years (2012-2015). While at Yale, Kelly spent time at the London School of Economics studying Finance in 2015. Before attaining her RE license in 2021, Kelly worked in investment banking and various other boutique firms specializing in finance, data management, and operations.
