Kelsey Shebay is an Executive Managing Director in the Austin office of Cushman & Wakefield, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in commercial real estate finance and investment sales. She specializes in advising institutional and corporate clients on major brokerage assignments across the Southwestern U.S. Over the course of her career, Kelsey has been involved in more than $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kelsey spent 18 years with JLL/HFF, working in both the Austin and Dallas offices as part of the Investment Advisory team. She originally joined HFF in 2007 and built a strong foundation in investment sales and capital markets.
