Kendall, a Jacksonville native, is a valued member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial team, where she focuses on leasing, tenant representation, and data analytics. She supports the team by maintaining market data, preparing client deliverables, managing listings, coordinating tours, and driving process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all projects.

Beyond her professional role, Kendall is active in the Jacksonville community through NAIOP and other industry organizations. She is also a past president of Downtown Rotaract Jax, where she honed her leadership skills and passion for community engagement.
