Kennedy Fertitta is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Charlotte office, specializing in office landlord representation. Kennedy takes a research-driven approach, providing clients with timely, market-specific insights that inform leasing and investment decisions.

A North Carolina native, Kennedy returned to Charlotte after graduating from The Ohio State University, beginning her career as an analyst on JLL's agency leasing team. She spent more than three and a half years at JLL before joining Stream Realty Partners in 2025, where she continued to focus on office landlord representation in the Charlotte market. Kennedy now brings that experience to Cushman & Wakefield.
