His background includes expertise in industrial project development, design and marketing, lease and sale transactions, tenant representation, build-to-suit, and investment sales. Mr. Hindes has completed numerous lease and sale transactions for major corporations, institutional owners, and professional service firms on a local, regional, national and international basis. Mr. Hindes also has a strong expertise in “In Fill”, former redevelopment assets and serves on the Executive Committee and is a charter member of C&W’s Global supply Chain Solutions Group (GSCS) platform.
