Kent Ilhardt, Executive Vice President, has specialized in corporate real estate services with the Commercial Brokerage Group of Cushman & Wakefield since joining the firm over 25 years ago.  He has advised on and negotiated a wide range of acquisition and disposition transactions.  Acquisition work has included vacant land, office and industrial buildings for lease, purchase, and build-to-suit.  Other structures have included leases with equity participation.  Disposition assignments executed for both office and industrial product include investment and user sales, as well as sale/leasebacks.  Vacant land sold has been entitled for office, industrial and residential use.
