Kevin Brant currently serves as Director of Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. and Baltimore region, where he leads a team of approximately 150 advisory professionals. In this role, he drives strategic business development, cultivates top talent, and advances initiatives that align with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brant served as Managing Director and Maryland Broker Lead at JLL, where he led market strategy, financial performance, and business development, while advising on and executing complex leasing transactions across the region. Recognized as a consistent top performer, he was also honored with both the Catalyst Award and the Culture Award and participated in the firm’s Mentor-Protégé Program. Brant began his career in real estate at NVR, working on the land acquisition team, where he built a strong foundation in market analysis, strategy, and development.

A committed community leader, Brant has served on the Board of Our Lady of Mercy School, currently sits on the Board of Directors for CREBA, participates in the Economic Club of Washington, D.C.’s Executive Fellows Program, and is an active member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington’s Youth & Real Estate Committee.

Brant earned a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, where he was a four-year letterman on the football team and a member of the Athletic Leadership Council. He later received his M.B.A. from George Washington University.
