Kevin Carter has 26 years of real estate experience and has participated in more than 2,500 transactions totaling over $1B globally. He has led senior teams in account leadership, real estate development, capital markets, asset management, and tenant representation.    

Kevin is part of C&W’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) Leadership team, working to continuously improve and innovate service delivery for transaction management, portfolio administration, and portfolio strategy. Kevin is skilled at managing numerous strategic initiatives and transactions, contributing to changes through the design, implementation, and execution of new processes. These efforts have led to increased ROI and supported long-term outcomes across client real estate portfolios. 

Prior to joining C&W, Kevin served as a Global Account Executive, where he led integrated teams that delivered facility management, project management, occupancy planning, transaction management, portfolio strategy, lease administration, change management, and property management services across a diverse global portfolio. 

Past clients include Bank of America, UnitedHealth Group, JP Morgan Chase, MUFG, Tenet Health, Trammel Crow, BNSF Railway Co., Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, and Berkshire Hathaway.
