Kevin Donner rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in 2026 as a Vice Chair on the Capital Markets Team based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to rejoining, Kevin was with Newmark's Capital Markets Team where he held the position of Executive Vice Chairman for three years. He joined the firm in February 2023 after previously spending seven years at Cushman & Wakefield and 11 years at Eastdil Secured prior to that where he served as a Managing Director and Vice President. Kevin started his career in the New Listings and Client Services group at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Following the NYSE, Kevin worked at Goldman Sachs in Principal Investment Area (PIA) in New York City and the Private Wealth Management Group (PWM) in San Francisco, and Credit Suisse in the Private Banking Group. He joined Eastdil Secured in 2005, where he spent 11 years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.

He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and New York.
