As a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in retail brokerage and development, his background is a huge asset that he brings to his current role with the development arm of the organization, Thalhimer Realty Partners, and their expanding portfolio. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with institutional and regional property owners to develop and implement successful leasing strategies for an array of retail properties including power centers, grocery-anchored and mixed-use developments. He has also provided site selection and consulting services to multi-market retailers.
