About
Kevin Whalen is Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Property Management group, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He leads a team of more than 670 professionals and oversees a portfolio of 90+ million square feet across the Mid-Atlantic region, partnering with owners to maximize asset value throughout the entire property lifecycle. Kevin brings extensive experience in investor services and large-scale property management, having previously served as Executive Vice President and National Account Director at JLL, where he oversaw national portfolios and managed office, medical office, life sciences, and industrial assets for institutional investors as a member of the firm’s national property management leadership team.
