Kheili is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in Retail Tenant Representation and Advisory Services. She brings a well-rounded skill set to her clients, with a background that includes both retail and industrial brokerage. Prior to transitioning to retail, Kheili represented industrial tenants, giving her a broad perspective on site selection, logistics, and market strategy.

Before her brokerage roles, Kheili served as a Brokerage Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported projects across marketing, research, finance, and transaction management. She also spent several years as a Leasing Representative for a local developer, gaining hands-on experience in landlord negotiations and leasing strategy.

Kheili’s multifaceted experience and in-depth knowledge of the Cushman & Wakefield platform allow her to deliver thoughtful, strategic solutions that support her clients’ long-term success
